On February 8, 1993, the Company has conducted an Initial Public Offering to offer a total of 2.899.951 (two million eight hundred ninety nine thousand and nine hundred fifty one) registered common shares with a nominal of Rp. 1.000,- (one thousand Rupiah) per share to the public. The offered shares were planned not to be listed at the Stock Exchange.
